Missoula Maulers

Objective
This Missoula Hockey Team approached American Web Design with the needs for an online ticketing system that would not only provide a way for their fans to buy tickets online but also buy at the game and at local reseller kiosks.

Solution
The AWD programming team first sat down with Missoula Maulers and looked at all of the possible objectives of their ticket holders and resellers. We quickly identified these needs and developed a plan to meet them.

• The Plan
  • Fans (customers) can purchase individual or season tickets online (www.missoulamaulers.com).
  • Tickets can be bought by simply clicking a the seat in a seat diagram.
  • When seats are clicked they are automatically added to the shopping cart
  • After tickets are purchased they are printed out with a barcode.
  • Ticket holder presents the ticket at the game which is scanned by a wireless scanner with Window CE installed.
  • The scanner verify's that the ticket is good and checks the ticket holder into the game
  • Tickets can be purchased at the game via POS (point of sale) system.
  • Tickets can be purchased via Credit Card at game via CC swiper
  • Tickets can be purchase via resellers at kiosks
  • Back Office administration to create new games and keep track of sales
  • Online store for souvenirs and ticket sales
  • Onsite installation and configuration of ticket printers, scanners, computers and wireless network
  • Onsite for first game using system to troubleshoot any potential problems
